How To Install Ceramic Coating – Nasiol NL273

Jeremy Harding from Nasiol shows us how to install Nasiol NL272 Ceramic Coating. This same process would be used for ZR53, but flash times may vary.

It is important to note that this video is demonstrating how to install a ceramic coating. It does not go into the details of surface prep. We always suggest a decontamination wash, clay and polish.

It is also important that we do not suggest using straight alcohol for a panel wipe as it has been demonstrated to cause issues.

If you’ve spent any time in the ceramic coatings industry lately, you’ve probably noticed something happening.

There’s more noise than ever.

More brands. More “ceramic coating installers.” More miracle products. More marketing. More people trying to convince you they have the secret formula.

But when you strip away the hype, this industry is still about one thing: results.

That’s exactly why I wanted to share this video.

I’ve been around ceramic coatings from multiple angles — shop owner, installer, trainer, distributor, and now working directly with detailers and dealerships every single day. One thing I’ve learned is that real professionals eventually stop chasing trends and start focusing on systems that actually work in the real world.

Not just on social media.
Not just under perfect lighting.
Not just for launch week.

Real-world durability matters.
Ease of installation matters.
Support matters.
Consistency matters.

And honestly, trust matters more than anything.

That’s one of the reasons I continue to spend time around companies and products I believe in. Not because of hype. Not because of fancy marketing claims. Because I’ve seen what happens when products are used day in and day out by real installers trying to make a living.

The detailing industry is changing fast. Customers are more educated. Expectations are higher. Margins are tighter. If you’re a professional detailer or dealership recon department, you can’t afford to build your process around gimmicks anymore.

You need products and processes that make sense financially, perform consistently, and help your team deliver repeatable results.

That’s the bigger picture behind this video.

At the end of the day, my role has never really changed. I still love helping people solve problems, improve processes, and build better businesses. Sometimes that means recommending a product. Sometimes it means telling someone not to spend money they don’t need to spend.

Because the goal shouldn’t be selling more chemicals.
The goal should be better outcomes.

That’s what this industry needs more of.
